My name is Bella, I’m a yoga teacher and space- holder based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
I found yoga in my final year of university, right in the middle of exams and being diagnosed with autism and ADHD.
I kept a scrappy mat rolled out next to my desk, and it became the only place I could actually hear myself think.
Yoga was the first thing that helped me regulate and feel at home in my own body.
Today, I teach from that place.
I create spaces that offer rest, regulation and joy – especially for those who are tired of doing the absolute Most™ all the time.

My teaching philosophy:

I guide classes that prioritise presence over performance - noticing over “nailing it”.
Focus on how a pose feels, not how it looks. No pressure to be “good at yoga” – you’re already doing The Most™ in your everyday life.
A space where you have full authority over your body- you get to decide if today is a day to lean into challenge or to take it gently.
