Hi, I’m Bella!

I’m a neurodiversity educator and facilitator with autism and ADHD.

I combine lived experience and practical training to help your people understand neurodivergence and build a culture where everyone can thrive.

Work with me!

Who I’ve worked with:

Workshops + Presentations:

  • An introduction to neurodiversity- clear definitions, key concepts, and debunking common myths vs. facts.

  • Diving into how neurodivergent minds process communication, and how to adapt company language.

  • How traits often present differently, why they’re missed, and what meaningful support looks like in real life.

  • Inclusive practices across the employee journey, from job ads and interviews to onboarding, accommodations, and career growth.

  • We’ll delve into why self-care is so important for neurodivergent people, cover nervous system regulation, boundaries, and interoception.

I share lived experience as an autistic ADHDer and practical tools drawn from my work with autistic folks.

Available as a 45–90 min talk or an interactive workshop.

About me:

When I received my diagnosis of autism and ADHD in my early 20s, my eyes were opened to how organisations fail not only to understand neurodivergent experiences, but also approach talking about disability.

I’ve learnt how much loss of potential there is when a community doesn’t acknowledge, support and empower different minds.

There is so much magic in difference.

My mission is simple:

Creating awareness of neurodivergent experiences, so neurodivergent people can thrive and fulfil their greatest potential.
